cucumber, greek yogurt

Cooking Method



cucumber 1 (with peel,grated)
greek yogurt 2 cups
garlic cloves,finely chopped 3
white wine vinegar 1 tablepsoon
greek extra virgin olive oil 1 tablepsoon
salt to taste
white pepper to taste
How to cook

  • Wash the cumber really good, leaving the peel and cut in half.
  • With a spoon carefully remove the seeds. 
  • Grate the cucumber and put them in a clean towel. 
  • Squeeze the excess liquid to eliminate the tzatziki becoming too runny.
  • In this a bowl,  add the Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic cloves, white wine vinegar, extra Virgin Olive oil, salt and white pepper.
  • Mix well, store in a covered container and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours so the flavors have a chance to tie together.
